We make a Detailed Recommendation containing the next steps available to you after our site visit
What we do?
We work with landowners to identify the most valuable use for their land. In all cases, we fund the entire process at our own risk, so there is zero up front cost to the landowner.
Agreement types
Promotion Agreement - we secure a commercially viable planning permission and manage the sale process from start to end.
Fixed Price agreement - similar to the Promotion Agreement above, except on successfully achieving planning permission, we will buy the land from you for a pre agreed fixed price.
Unconditional purchase - we buy the land from you without planning consent, for an agreed price.
